The first shared project study was presented and published at the Cross-Cultural Business Conference 2021 held on May 6th-7th, 2021 at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, School of Business and Management in Steyr. Project partner teams conducted a brief study using selected critical incidents to inquire about their country-specific perspectives and interpretations. At each partner institution, a purposive sample consisting of six selected experts was conducted to create a thematic map to both, account for demographic, cognitive, disciplinary and functional diversity, and identify common societal ground within the interpretations.
