Workshop on Nudge Management             (13th May 2021)

On 13 May 2021, Mgr. Dagmar Sieglová, MSEd., Ph.D. and Mgr. Lenka Stejskalová, MBA from SKODA AUTO University ran an online workshop "Nudge Management: Diversity and Inclusion as an Engine for Innovation in Leadership" for project team members.

Within 3,5 hours, the participants learned about diversity, inclusion, prejudices and stereotypes, in the context of managing diversity. The workshop offered activities from practical work or life situations, group exercises and videos discussing diversity issues to help the participants to become aware of unconscious biases and work with them efficiently. In the last part of the workshop, the nudges - a set of tools for modern leadership - were introduced.

The workshop was very well organised and the time flew by very quickly. All participants were very active and enjoyed the workshop very much.
